What is Z•PRO?
Z•PRO is a passive antimicrobial protection system
designed to combat bacterial gelatin formation in your
air conditioning system. Modern air handler systems are
manufactured with evaporator coils that are entirely
made from aluminum. This cost saving measure has led
to an increase in the prevalence of Zoogloea bacterial
growth inside the air handler’s condensation drip tray.
This cool, dark environment is the perfect habitat for
bacteria to thrive and create a thick mucus-like mat that
